What the fixed price covers, and what it does not

Every quote for an intercity transfer is written and itemised before you book. The structure below is the one used in the confirmation email, so nothing arrives as a surprise on the day of travel.

Included in the quoted price

Base fare
Door-to-door pickup and drop-off, chosen vehicle class, driver, fuel and departure-point parking.
Driver waiting
15 min free at airports, stations and hotels, 30 min at border checkpoints.
Luggage
Two standard cases and one cabin bag per passenger, carried at no extra charge.
Booking changes
Date and time changes are free up to 24 h before collection.

Added separately

  • SurchargeRoad tolls, bridge fees and vignettes are listed per corridor, never bundled into the base fare.
  • Night travel between 23:00 and 06:00 carries a stated uplift, shown before you confirm.
  • Extra stops, waiting beyond the free window, and child seats supplied on request.
  • Border assistance and onward documents are quoted as their own line item.
