1. Data collected

Name, phone, email, route, travel dates, passenger count and message details, plus IP address, device type and cookie identifiers.

2. Purposes and lawful basis

We use data to review and confirm bookings, perform our contract, meet accounting and licensing duties, and prevent fraud. Lawful bases are your consent, contract performance and legal obligations under the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015 and the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023.
