Pricing and Fees Policy

1. Fixed route pricing

Prices for scheduled intercity routes are fixed per seat and per vehicle class and are shown before you confirm a booking. The fare at checkout is the total for the journey described unless you add an itemised extra.

2. Itemised extras

• Tolls: charged at cost on toll routes.
• Parking: charged at cost at airports, stations and city centres.
• Taxes: single tax payer; VAT is not added unless stated in the quote.
• Airport surcharges: fixed fee for terminal pick-up or drop-off.
• Waiting time: see section 3.

3. Waiting time fees

The first 15 minutes after the agreed pick-up time are free. After that, waiting is charged per started 15-minute block at the rate in your written quote.

4. How written quotes are calculated

A written quote is a fixed offer: base route price + itemised extras + waiting time (if applicable). Quotes are valid 7 days and are issued by email. Tolls, parking and airport surcharges are included only if listed in the quote.

5. Licensing and consumer rights

Intercity passenger transport follows the Law of Ukraine 'On Road Transport' No. 2344-III dated 05.04.2001. Prices and pre-contract information follow the Law of Ukraine 'On Consumer Protection' No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine 'On Electronic Commerce' No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

6. Complaints

Email contact@krelvote.com with your booking reference. We reply within 30 days. Unresolved disputes may go to the State Service of Ukraine on Food Safety and Consumer Protection.
