Cancellation and Refund Policy

This Policy applies to all bookings made on krelvote.com, operated by krelvote.com LLC, EDRPOU 61918108, Kyiv, Ukraine. It follows the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 3153-IX dated 10.06.2023 and the Law of Ukraine "On Electronic Commerce" No. 675-VIII dated 03.09.2015.

1. Cancellation Windows

More than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup: free cancellation, full refund.
Between 24 and 4 hours before pickup: 50% of the fare is refunded.
Less than 4 hours before pickup: the booking is non-refundable.
No-show (passenger absent after the waiting period): the full fare is charged.

2. Waiting Time Charges

Complimentary waiting time is 15 minutes for standard pickups and 45 minutes for airport pickups. After that, a waiting charge of UAH 150 per started hour applies.

3. Refunds

Refunds are issued only to the original payment method and are processed within 5 business days of approval. Non-refundable bank or payment-provider fees may be deducted.

4. Changes and Refund Requests

To change or cancel a booking, or to request a refund, email contact@krelvote.com, call +380 666 018 5085, or use the form below. Include your booking reference and the email used at checkout.

5. Consumer Complaints

Complaints are reviewed within 7 business days. If unresolved, you may apply to the State Service of Ukraine for Food Safety and Consumer Protection or to a court of competent jurisdiction.
