Route catalogue with fixed starting fares

Every fare is a from price for one private vehicle, door to door. Windows are typical ranges under normal conditions, and traffic, weather or border queues can extend them. Sedan fits up to three passengers with standard luggage, minivan up to six, and business class uses the same sedans with a higher trim and on-board Wi-Fi.

Corridor advisories

Border and traffic status, checked by our dispatchers

Each line shows the last manual check by the dispatch desk. Queues move through the day, so your driver confirms the crossing again before departure from Kyiv or Lviv.

Statuses describe normal working conditions. Traffic, weather and border queues can extend any travel window shown in the route catalogue. Checkpoint names are listed as destinations only; krelvote.com is not affiliated with any border or airport authority.

How a route quote is built

Four details turn a corridor into a written, itemised quote. Nothing is charged at this stage, and the fare holds once dispatch confirms the vehicle class and the pickup window.

  1. Name the corridor

Pick the city pair from the route catalogue, such as Kyiv to Lviv or Lviv to Warsaw. Pickups outside the listed city limits are quoted with the approach distance shown as its own line.

  2. Give the date and pickup time

Send the calendar date and the time you want the driver at the door, not the time your train or flight lands. Travel windows published for each corridor are typical ranges under normal conditions, and traffic, weather or border queues can extend them.

  3. State passengers, luggage and vehicle class

Passenger count and checked bags decide whether a sedan, a minivan or a business-class car fits. Add a child seat request, a second drop-off address or a pet if any of those apply.

  4. Confirm by phone or email

Dispatch replies with the quote, the driver name and the vehicle plate. Reconfirm by phone within 24 hours of pickup if the schedule moves. Send everything via the contact page.

Fixed-price quote

Tell us the corridor. We answer with an itemised, written quote.

Base fare, tolls, waiting time and border assistance are listed as separate lines, so the figure you approve is the figure you pay. Every travel window we publish is a range under normal conditions; traffic, weather and border queues can extend it.
